Style Summer

Garden Moments

While I am by no means a true gardener, I do love the chance to step outside and entertain the fantasy of having planted and witnessed a garden of my own making in bloom. There is something wonderfully peaceful about tending to plants and watching as they grow.

With the heat we’ve been experiencing lately, I’ve taken to wearing all things flowy, and of course, my favorite wide-brim sun hat. I love an all-white look in the summer, and these high-waisted shorts from the Gap were a welcome addition to my wardrobe this year. Light, gauzy tops are another one of my summer go-to’s for their comfort, and effortless style. I found mine on the clearance rack at Lucky last year, and I’ve been so in love with it I’ve been searching for similar ones this summer.

Outfit Details: Lucky Top (similar), Gap Shorts, Sun hat (similar here and here), Nine West Sandals (blue is sold out, but other colors are available)

So cute! Makes me wish I was brave enough for all white. (LOOOVE the watering can)
My husband has a garden and I like going out to look at it but I’m such a lazy person I can’t really imagine myself taking care of it the way he does, haha!
