With the days getting warmer on the east coast, it’s finally skirt weather, a time that often feels as if it will never come after some winters. Even though I haven’t been leaving my house lately, I’m still trying to make the most of this new season by styling outfits for future wear.
I spotted this skirt on a recent online shopping trip at Abercrombie, and I’m so excited that I did. It also comes in black and pink floral prints, and an olive green color with the same leopard pattern, but I ultimately decided that the brown would be most practical for me. There are so many great pleated skirts for spring right now, but I love this one in particular for the combination of the pattern and pleats. It’s light, airy, and the perfect piece to have on hand that can be both dressed up and worn casually.
For now, I’ll just be wearing my skirts around the house, but I’m excited for the days to keep getting warmer, and to eventually style this skirt for a fun night out.
What are you most excited about wearing this spring and summer?
